Notice of Annual General Meeting 2023
All members of Bendigo Strikers Netball Inc. are invited to attend the first Annual General Meeting of the Association. The General Meeting will be held per the following:
Date: Tuesday 10 October, 2023
Time: 7:00 - 8:00 pm
Location: Red Energy Arena, 91 Inglis St, West Bendigo VIC 3550
In accordance with the model rules, the business of the meeting will be to:
1. Receive the Board reports upon transactions for the year ended 30th June 2023;
a) President Report
b) Treasurers Report
2. Ordinary Resolution
a) Adoption of new Constitution
3. Bendigo Strikers Netball Inc. Board Elections
